I had a choice to make: Get up
At 3am to get everything done, or skip my wii workout. Top of my to do list - refresh my roots (and i don't mean updating my family tree - I'm 40 and proud!)
Solution? 35 minutes of Wii free step while the color set! And to add to this multitasking miracle I watched Glee on my iphone at the same time.
The result? Brown rivers of hair dye trickling down my forehead. Not a pretty sight. But I learned something new - that wii step aerobics may look wimpy, but if you do it long enough it really can make you sweat.
Logged another day of weight loss too :-)
